White noise has a lot of positive effects. For example, it is used to cure hearing problems, or to cancell out undesirable noise. One of its curious feature is its effect to make people relax. One day,while I was watching videos on youtube, I realised that many parents are trying to amuse their babies by ambient noises created by everyday objects such as hairdryers, showers and hoovers. I am interested in designing using this relatively strange phenomenon from a product design perspective.
