The first half of the installation saw the machine being made through improvisation, by an assortment of artists, designers, engineers and the general public, jamming like a band would find new ideas.

The interdisciplinary disagreements and disputes challenged the process and became a key ingredient towards the success of the project.

For the second half of the installation, the breakfast machine opened as an all day breakfast restaurant for the public.
